Did You Get Free Glo 100gb Payu Subscription From Glo

Did you get a message from glo payu telling you that
"CONGRATS ! you have successfully subscribed to PAYU data plan giving 1022976 Mb it will expire on 18/12/2084 22:46" ....??????

A friend got that message and she was so happy to see free 100gb message in his glo sim card see pic below.

From the screen shot you can see free glo 100gb that was given to her! But when she try using it to browse it didn't work,
